The Digital product type uses the same three-step builder as every other Sendd product, but skips shipping entirely since the item is delivered straight to the buyer on purchase. Here is how to set one up.

What it is and when to use it

Choose the Digital product type any time you are selling something a customer downloads or receives online rather than something you physically send. It suits creators, educators, designers and anyone building a lead magnet, since you can even list a digital item for free.

Steps:

In the sidebar, select My products, then All products, then select Add new product.
Select Digital product from the product type chooser.
On Step 1, add a Title, Short description and a cover image in Preview and gallery images.
Set the Price. Enter 0 if you are offering a free download or lead magnet. The digital product builder leads with your gallery and details.
On Step 2, write a clear Detailed description explaining exactly what the buyer receives.
Review your Sendd Marketplaces settings to decide on discoverability beyond your storefront.
On Step 3, add FAQs to answer common questions, and turn on Form collection if you need extra information from the buyer.
Select Publish, or select Save as draft to finish later.

Because digital products are delivered rather than shipped, there is no shipping setup to configure, so Step 3 can be as simple as adding a couple of FAQs and publishing.
