Introduction to Sendd Market

How Sendd Marketplace Works?

Sendd Marketplaces help your products, services, events, and subscriptions get discovered and sold through curated marketplaces — while you stay in full control of your pricing, listings, and customers from your own Sendd store.

This article explains:

  • What enabling marketplace discovery means

  • How pricing, orders, and fees work

  • What data is shared

  • How joining marketplaces works (and how it doesn’t)

  • How commission thresholds protect your margin

  • What marketplaces can (and can’t) control, including bundles

  • How lead-based marketplaces work (and how lead pricing differs from commission)

  • What the Send Team Member Discount toggle does.

Your Sendd Store is the source of truth

Your Sendd store is where everything is created and controlled:

  • Products, services, events, and subscriptions

  • Pricing and currency

  • Availability and inventory

  • Fulfilment rules and timelines

  • Updates to titles, images, descriptions, and settings

Marketplaces never override your store settings.

If you change something in your Sendd store — like price, availability, inventory, or product details — it updates everywhere that item appears, including across all marketplaces.

What does “Allow discovery on Sendd Marketplaces” mean?

When you turn this on, you’re allowing your product to be listed on Sendd Marketplaces (based on your settings).

Marketplaces are where customers:

  • Discover offerings across many stores

  • Filter by category and browse collections

  • Purchase, book, or register (depending on the product type)

For most products, marketplaces are not just discovery — they’re also where conversion happens.
