The 1% is the same on physical products, digital downloads, subscriptions, event tickets, services, bookings and rentals — no format surcharges, no sales caps, no tier upgrades for growing.

Payment processing

Processing is separate from the 1%. And we add nothing to it.

You take payments through your own choice of processor — Stripe today, with a growing range of others — at that processor's own standard rates, billed by them. Sendd adds no markup to payment processing, ever. In New Zealand, customers can skip cards entirely and pay by direct bank transfer at checkout.

Every merchant gets 2,000 free credits every month, shared between email marketing and Rocky, our AI agent. A marketing contact costs 4 credits per month, so your free credits cover 500 contacts. Beyond that, credit packs start at $5 for 1,000 credits and get cheaper per credit the bigger the pack.

Connecting and securing a custom domain carries a hard infrastructure cost, so we pass it on once, at cost, instead of folding it into every merchant's fees. There is no recurring domain charge from Sendd — you pay your registrar for the domain itself, exactly as you would on any platform.

Your Sendd subdomain stays free, forever. Plenty of stores never need anything else.
